The raw material for Metallic Yarn is lacquer coated metalized film. We buy metalized film and coat it with a fine layer of lacquer depending on the needs and requirements of our customers. The polyester film is aluminum metalized under vacuum and then color coated with resin by high technique.

Previously, we used to buy this coated film from other companies. When we realized that we have an in-house capacity that can consume tons of coated film and also we can ensure quality, we decided to start coating the films ourselves.

We have a range of colors and thickness and we have the technology to develop new colors depending on the requirements of the customer. We have successfully exported our coated films to various countries in Asia, Europe and South America.

Lacquer coated metallic films are predominantly used as a raw material in making Metallic Yarns. Since we have a large captive consumption, most of the films that we coat, is used within our own organization to make metallic yarns. But, we also have extra capacity and that we sell to other metallic yarn manufacturers or mostly export it to other countries.

Our coated films are exported to various countries in Asia, Europe and South America. Our production facility is one of the finest in the country and we currently have two state-of-the-art coating machines. We plan to install two more in the near future to take into consideration the growing demand of the Indian and export market.
